I guess I will start off with the bad, I was reading Jo’s blog and shernmentioned a Gratitude Journal, Well I am so gratiful for my daughtersrnand that they are safe @ home…… Our small community suffered arntragic loss.. A girl in my daughters grad class & her friend (arnsingle mom) were killed in a head on crash coming home for the weekendrnto visit family- the truck they hit was also a local going the oppositerndirection….I knew the mom also she runs a fitness place inrntown. We live in the mountains and to get to our large center werntravel through a national park. Very sevier winter conditions in parts.rnWell Storm Mountain …. says it all. Black Ice….(we loose many tornthis mountain highway) Well It gives a person a chance to look atrnlife…..What is the worst thing going on in mine now? You know I can’trneven think of one thing? My weight loss? Well it is coming… My oldestrndaughter (who just lost a fellow friend) still hasn’t made a dission torngo to school,(which I thought was stressful) but she is alive and fullrnof laughter and love. My 16 year old is afraid to learn to drive. Wellrnthat to will come and she is also full of smiles and love. So what! myrngirls still have some things to work out, but you know that is life andrnthere will always be things to work out. And god be willing keep themrnsafe…..
rnSorry for that long sad blog but I just needed to talk. Well myrntraining is done! I still have much to learn but I have great support @rnwork.So I am hoping to have more time in the evenings on Buddyrnslim. My weight is still hanging on hold but I have spent manyrndays working out @ the hot spring pool. Since Nov 1st when I bought myrnyear pass, I have gone 8 out of 12 days
Yeh!rnMe! My meals have been very good and planned so I know thatrneverything will get back on track soon. I sure miss the connection withrneveryone. I have spent some time reading up on you all
