the attack of the cookies!
I don’t know what happened yesterday but the cookies were callingrnme. I don’t realy like cookies but some how 10 choc. with cream filledrnmade there way to my mouth
I am more of a salty / pasta girl but I guess we all go to the dark side
rnI was mad at myself as I was quite on track all day. Well today is arnfresh new day - It is rainly so good day to make some veg. soup. It isrn5:00pm and I have made good choices. I have stayed away from sugarrn& bad carbs so far. I am still logging all my food good &rnbad… boy those cookies sure are packed with calories. rnrn

It was my first walk along the water in 6 years. Today I ventured even farther (
We went to the hotrnsprings and I even took off my sweat suit (bathing suit underneath) andrnwent in the water infront of other thinner people! and guess whatrnhappened? no one asked me to leave because I need to loose weight rnwe visited with a nice couple from Germany and other people. We had arngreat day came home and had a very large spinach & shrimp salad. Itrnis 3 weeks now logging my food good & bad but I know it is what Irnmust continue to do to loose weight and keep healthy. rnrn
rnI think what I have to do tonight is write down what I will have. Irnguess I will budget my calories in advance just as I have set a moneyrnbudget for my spending tomorrow. I know I can do it and will do it! Irnwill even get a fitness workout walking the mall. (hmm how manyrncalories will I burn shopping?) Till tomorrowrnrn
I know that is why I have been down. I must keep it up as it seems to be the only way I can keep in control.rnrn
Irnhave been loging all my food for a week now on my www.fitday.com rnIt seems to be helping me. some days I seem to consume alot of fats - Irndidn’t realize how much fat eggs have & my love of cheese
rnwell I think I am going to have to cut back. I did prepare my easterrndinner as healthy as possible. Stuffing - 100% whole wheat with lots ofrncelery & onions, mashed potatoes with only milk no marg.rnadded and gravy thickend with whole wheat flour (was tastey butrngrainy) . Til tomorrow…
